Ooops, sorry Jordy, I didn't see your post. I'm still waiting to try the Align again. I'm also out of Acacia so I take Citrucel - 4g a day. I always felt like too big of a dose of SF supplements didn't make feel well. I had a general feeling of uncomfortable fullness and I thought my bloating got worse, although I'm not sure it was because of the SFS.
