I think the reason no one answered your post is because people don't know what to tell you (that you'd want to hear). Basically you're asking for help with a meal plan that on so many levels is the opposite of the EFI diet that most members adhere to here.
I watched to video and as someone with IBS the only thing I would pick a safe are the egg whites and chicken breast. But the rest - raw salads, dairy, whole wheat pasta are a no-no for people with IBS.

Now I do understand that you want to lose weight and show off your abs. I can definitely relate. I'm 28 now and I spend most of my late teens/early twenties wishing I could have a flat stomach. I was mad because it seemed that even though I was always skinny/healthy weight, I had this round bloated stomach in front of me. I felt mad because I also wanted to wear tight tank tops and fitted t-shirts, just like the other girls.

Now, obviously, if you want to follow the diet exactly according to that girl, no one will stop you. But I can tell you from my experience that I wouldn't recommend it. I used to eat very similar to that a couple years ago - only whole grains (whole grain pasta, whole wheat bread), tons of raw vegetables, salads, fruits, yogurt... It seemed that the healthier I ate the more pain and bloating I had. I was so mad because while everyone else looked great I was bloated and curled up in pain.

The last time I tried something like that was actually a few weeks ago. After my last colonoscopy my doctor recommended that I try a low-carb diet. I was like, why not, if it doesn't work I can always go back to my previous diet. What I ate was chicken, eggs/whites, veggies, yogurt, cheese. The result - I was more bloated then ever. And I had cramps. I did wake up with a flat stomach but it was bloated by mid-afternoon. So I decided to combine both the EFI and the lower-carb (this is important - not low-carb but just less of the ones I don't need). I've only been doing it for a few days so it's too early to see results but I do feel good and my stomach is flatter then it has been in the past year.

What I do is that I limit the intake of sugar and carbohydrates that I don't necessarily need (like cakes, even if they're low in fat). I eat a lot of veggies but I cook and mash them. I made sure these veggies are SF so the base of my diet are carrots and squash. I love to cook some carrots, parsnips, and celery and then puree them and eat with some chicken. I use unsweetend almond milk to drink and cook with because it's very low in sugars. I make omelets and scrambled eggs with egg whites. I also eat potatoes, I know they're are carbohydrates but I seem to be able to tolerate them just fine. I just don't eat tons of them in one sitting. Last night I had some rice noodles with my stir-fry veggies and I was fine. So I think it's all about moderation. I eat a lot less carbs then I used to but still make sure to get enough of them in my diet (also use supplements - Acacia and plain Citrucel). I wouldn't eat a huge salad, only a small one on a side.

So, like I said, if you want to try that diet, nobody can stop you but I would urge you to try something like I just outlined first. If yogurt causes you a little cramping then it means you're not OK with it. For me cramping and bloating go hand in hand.

As for your question about whole wheat bread vs. white - whole wheat contains more vitamins and more fiber so it's great for healthy people because it keeps them full longer. But from a weight-loss perspective they're both the same. In the end it's always the amount of calories. So go with the white bread, as long as you stick to the same amount as you'd do with whole wheat it will not hinder your weight loss.

Oh, and definitely stop eating McD. It's crap, not food. I know it's hard, especially since you work there, but your body will thank you later.
