Cooking two meals so you can eat safely and hubby is happy. Seems like we are also a lucky bunch that we have understanding hubbies. In fact, mine called last night and suggested we go out to dinner as he knew how burnt out I was. Trouble is he doesn't get home until after 7 and it would be almost 8 by the time we ate at a restaurant.As it is we sometimes don't eat dinner until 7:30. With your encouragement I did make him one of his fav dinners. Grilled lamb chops, cauliflower with cheese sauce and spinach salad. He LOVED it and there is plenty for him for tonight. I think I will pick up Halibut for myself for tonight. It is the wild caught and is on sale at sprouts. a mini semi healthy store. We don't have Whole Foods or any really good markets where I live. We do have a Trader Joe though. On to the turkey. I know Heather recommends white meat chicken and turkey. Do you gals use ground white meat turkey or just plain ground turkey? Spaghetti and meatballs sounds so good. I made some for my daughter and her kids and she said it came out amazing. She wanted it made with beef. Again, thanks for all the suggestions.
