It has different flavor beans that are ground just like coffee and are made exactly like coffee. And note that too much soy bothers me (in milk, replacements, etc.) but soyfee has NEVER given me a problem. I have been drinking it daily for over a year. It's the only thing that has "psychologically" helped with missing coffee.
