Hi everyone,
For the past 3 nights, I have had a lot more difficulties with my stomach, and I am not sure what to do. Usually, when I sleep my stomach is at its happiest, mainly I think due to the fact that I am listening to the hypno tapes and I take my prescription meds before bed. However, these past 3 nights I have woken up in the middle of the night with having to go to the bathroom (BMs) and nausea that accompanies it. Then, every morning I have had moderate nausea as well, and my bowels have been looser than normal. I did cheat over the weekend, but usually by now everything would have settled down. Otherwise, I have been doing nothing out of the ordinary with my IBS diet/routine. I just hate this feeling to being unstable, especially when I am doing everything I know that usually works to help my stomach settle down. I am getting an abdominal scan in a few weeks to check for gallbladder issues since I am having upper abdominal pain as well. But the having BMs in the middle of the night is really disconcerting to me because I know this is typically not a symptom of IBS. Anyone else have this problem along with the nausea? Thanks!
