For a long time it was Lactaid milk. You're right, we make excuses b/c we really don't want the truth to be that we have to avoid something we enjoy or feel is necessary nutritionally. I always feel so much better when I am strict in adhering to Heather's diet. I'm glad you got up the willpower to do the same. And I'm not sure why the reaction is delayed.
