Due to miscommunication between my doctor and I.. I thought I had celiacs for about a year.. I was GF and still bloated and gassy... D every once in awhile but mostly just gas... When I was diagnosed I thought, YAY finally a reason and a way to fix it... tried to fix... still gas... turns out i'm not celiac.. ha ha ha!!! following the FI diet and the gas and bloating is almost history! woot woot
