How does OLIVE oil effect IBS?       12/06/07 08:47 PM Edit Reply Quote TATYANA Reged: 07/22/07 Posts: 370 Loc: Washington, Seattle I started using some olive oil, in small ammounts, in my diet and started having a real soreness in my lower gut on the left. So, I am wondering what is the difference between olive oil and other oils like: sunflower, canola, crisco... Thanks. -------------------- IBS-C since 2006. No signs of IBS now, it's been 4 yrs.
