Safe foods       08/27/07 01:48 AM Edit Reply Quote rach46 Reged: 11/17/04 Posts: 8 Loc: Israel Hi. I haven't posted for about 2 years, not because i'm cured but because Im too lazy. I was wondering under what category foods such as humus and tehina fall (soluble insoluble,trigger) and what about cranberry juice? Is that safe? I drink it as an aid to bladder infections. Unfortunately in this part of the world the foods, medications and special tummy preparations that you all enjoy are unavailable. Shipping stuff is very expensive. So I battle with my diet.
