I am confused. Are you talking about the "Acacia" powder sold on this site or is "Acadia" something else? I take Acacia in place of another fiber supplement. It is both a prebiotic AND a soluble fiber supplement. I don't know if it has helped me as a prebiotic, but it has certainly helped me as a fiber supplement and does not give me gas like some of the others do.
