The asterisk information for the sauce: * Sauces - The ingredients used to make all of our sauces are proprietary information. Should you have dietary concerns and need specific information regarding these sauces, please ask to speak with a Manager or Chef on your next visit to P.F. Chang's. I'm not sure what's in the sauces, but they usually don't seem very oily like some chinese restaurants and I believe they don't use MSG.
