Just guestimate how much calories from fat there are compared to the rest of the calories. So luna bars contain 40 calories from fat and 180 calories so right away you can see it is less than 25% (4x40 is 160 and there are 20 more calories). the actual amount is 22%. Easy -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
