Spinach (cooked) is my safest green. Zucchini/summer squash is always safe, too. Asparagus and green beans are generally gentle as are peas. In terms of other coloured veggies, gentle ones (for me) include beets, carrots, and winter squash. Celery, for some strange reason always disagrees with me.
