Re: What kind of chocolate is IBS safe?       05/08/07 05:31 AM Edit Reply Quote kimberste Reged: 04/22/07 Posts: 55 I use 100% dairy and gluten free (vegan)chocolate chips - the brand is called Tropical Source by Sunspire. I get them in the natural foods section of the grocery store. When I need a chocolate fix, I mix them with soluable fiber, such as oatmeal or quick breads just to be safe.
