Although I am typically IBS-D, I am having raging IBS-C due to pregnancy. I want to alleviate it & wondered if the Natural Calm would set off my IBS-D. Once, my doctor prescribed Zelnorm (EVEN THOUGH I have IBS-D; he was clueless) and one dose made me so sick for days. I am afraid to take SF supplements as a result.
