I would say spinach, some other greens, green beans, zucchini and asparagus would be safest of IF.
I would say broccoli, onions, peppers, cucumber, cabbage, cauliflower and brussel sprouts would be more gassy.
I handle everything but cabbage ok for veggies. I eat a ton of broccoli and quite a bit of asparagus, spinach and bok choy.
