I have read a lot of labels lately of health foods and 100 cal packs and weight watchers approved etc. Every new product that comes into our store passes by me and I always flip it over and look at the ingredients. Those "healthy" things are so full of nasty, artificial stuff! That is what they think they have to do to make something low cal taste ok. Weight watchers muffins and cakes (in a box similar to little debbies) have about 100 things in the list and so much of it is artificial crap. I can't believe WW goes for that. And everything that says "no added sugar" doesn't mean low on sweeteners and healthy, but just contains artificial sugar and is sweeter and unhealthier than sugar. Almost all no sugar added stuff has sucralose. And even Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine meals pretty much all contain dairy. Even ones like Asian stirfries. I don't know why they need dairy!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
