Which IF vegies are less gas producing?       04/04/07 01:00 PM Edit Reply Quote TeresaLouise Reged: 11/29/06 Posts: 147 Which IF vegies are less gas producing? My daughter has only been eating cooked carrots, canned peas and cooked green beans for her vegies for quite some time now. She has slow motility so wanted to add a little more IF veggie to see if would help move BM's down better without producing more gas for her which is very painful. Would cooked spinach be OK?
