sometimes i eat guiltless gourmet with salsa or quac, but when i am dipping bean dips i use veggies or this method.
I take a pita and cut it pizza style into lots of little wedges, then i seperate them all and brush super lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary, then bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, or until they get a bit crunchy, when you take them out they get even crunchier. and then you have freah, low fat yummy pita chips, enjoy.
