I also use a saline spray before the nasarel, to clean out anything. I also use munix if I get real congested. I can not take sudafed as it makes my heart race. I recently had a sinus infection and I didn't want to go on antibotics, because of my IBS-D. It took a couple of weeks, but I fought it off. I did saline rinses morning and night with warm water and baking soda. I used a nose bulb(in the baby department), and squirted the warm water into my sinus cavaties,(head bent forward), and then gently blew my nose. It worked. I have constant riniuitis, so I dealing with sinus issues all the time. Hope you feel better soon. Karen Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
