Pain after going to the bathroom       02/01/03 04:34 PM Edit Reply Quote Andrea Reged: 01/29/03 Posts: 10 Loc: Va I have a question. I don't know if I am IBS-C or IBS-D, because I don't seem to have either one predominently, mostly I just have pain. Mostly, I just have pain associated with bloating and gas. However, many times when I am nervous and have to go to the bathroom, I still have pain after I pass the stool. I have had several diagnostic tests that have ruled out a bowel obstruction, so I don't know exactly what the problem is. Has any one else had this? Any suggestions?
