Did you see this post in this thread? web page Maybe your IF is actually worsening your C? Do you have pain, gas, or bloat along with your C? I don't do very well with dried fruits. You do okay with the dried papayas? What kind of SFS did you try that made you more C? Maybe a different type would work? I'm no expert, though. I'm struggling with trying to find one that helps (versus hurts) me too. Maybe I should just stick to the SF foods?
