I do eat lots of IF and I have a BM every morning, but I think I might need to add some SF because my stool is very loose sometimes and my intestines are always upset, irritated and very painful. But I don't want to add too much SF because I did that last year and got worst with C. I haven't found the right balance and the pain it's driving me crazy. Can you give an example of what kind of food do you eat that keeps you regular??? Thank you so much for the help and info. I have an appt. with my GI doc today, let's see what he says. Blessings, Abi
