peppermint caps question       06/05/06 05:23 AM Edit Reply Quote dragonfly31 Reged: 05/12/06 Posts: 10 Loc: Ulster County New York I have been on acacia powder for a little more than 3 weeks and have just gotten the peppermint caps - I read the directions and it says to take on an empty stommach an hour before eating - does that really matter? It also says to take with just enough liquid to swallow - does that really matter too?
