confused about pasta       05/12/06 07:31 AM Edit Reply Quote dragonfly31 Reged: 05/12/06 Posts: 10 Loc: Ulster County New York Hi, I have read EATING FOR IBS and a bunch of recipes and all kinds of great information on this site - I find I am still confused by one thing How can IBS folks eat pasta since it is mainly made from wheat I know there are all sorts of pasta - but it seems most recipes and recommendations are for just general pasta which is wheat based.
