Let me tell you THAT was not a pleasant experience. Especially for one with IBS-D! I couldn't even laugh without having an accident. For constipation, it would probably work. It didn't cause cramps or anything, that was what was so bad about it for me - there were no warning signs. We only lasted one day on it. OMG, the things we do when we are young.
