I was under the impression that fish in general was good for IBS, but having tried smoked Mackeral on two seperate occasions recently my IBS has gone haywire for 2-3 days afterwards. I am note sure whether this is related to the fish, or whether I am just in one of my bad cycles, but I was wondering if anyone else had problems with this?
