Dairy question       03/14/06 12:49 PM Edit Reply Quote Sidewalker Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 105 i'm lactose intolerant, but I find that whenever i have a small amount of dairy i wont necessarily experience the typical LI symptoms. instead I wind up getting constipated 2 days after, when whatever dairy i ingested reaches my colon. this may sound starnge but when that happens i also find that i have to urinate more frequently. anyone know how to prevent this from happening?
