After that, I quickly take Immodium, hyoscyamine (the only anti spas that works for me), put on the good ol heating pad and sometimes a couple of pepto bismol pills. I swear the pepto helps with my cramping. This is my regimine only when my attacks are BAD BAD BAD. When they aren't so bad, I usually just stick with the immodium and safe foods until the attack passes, which could be a few hours or a few days.
