Hey Lannie,

That really stinks! I completely understand how you feel. My boyfriend left me a little over a month ago and my stomach seemed permanently knotted up! I didn't have an appetite, partly because I was sad but also because my nerves were just too jittery to allow me to feel hungry.

I agree though with everyone, and speaking from my own experience, that you do need to eat. Letting your tummy get too empty for too long can really throw you back into the world of instability!

As for the pizza, I know that when I was prone to "cheating" on the diet I used to indulge. Sometimes I'd be fine, but if I indulged too much for too long it'd definitely catch up with me! I don't do pizza anymore unless I make it myself without cheese and meat. Bottom line, if it makes you feel better emotionally to grub on some pizza do it. But, just be wary that it could sneak up on you and cause you some pain
