I believe it is a form of Levsin, but faster-acting. It does taste like mint! Also, you don't necessarily have to put it under your tounge; as soon as you put it in your mouth it will dissolve. For me, it seems to work fairly well if I take them before I am in situation where I would be having an attack. However, if I am extremely nervous, or am in the middle of an attack, I haven't found them to be helpful. However, if anyone is taking Levsin, I would definitly recommend talking to your doctor about Nulev. For additional information check out the website: Nulev Good Luck!
