Actually my son works for this deli that makes the most amazing pico - it is sooooooooo yummy. I made the rice krispie treats (the IBS way) last night, they were so good with a cup of peppermint tea before bed. My whole family loved them. I told my boys I'm going to make that honey glazed snack mix too soon. I made the banana bread last week and it was pretty good. A little more bland than my old one, but no tummy problems so it was a good trade off. I love that there are so many good recipes for IBS Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
