Tuna will not provide you with much IF. Neither will the baked lays or sweet potatoes. You might want to try adding some IF, rather than more SF, into your diet. Try some peas with pasta, or a smoothie with banana, strawberry, and blueberries, or some cooked zucchini in rice. Eating only Soluble Fiber foods can be constipating.
