Rebecca I to hate meds. I've been tring to find alternatives for relief. Doc put me on citrucel that I still take and zelnorm that only caused more problems and no longer take. I am a ferm believer that natural meds and beter nutrition (when I can stick to it) will help more than the synthetics the doc will give me.
