Hi! At the moment I'm eating "Healtheries" spelt bread (which doesn't mention wholegrain so I'm assuming it's white). It's organic but also has sourdough cultures (I can't find one that doesn't). However my last loaf was wholegrain spelt as was the one before and I haven't noticed a difference between the 2 and my tummy (I actually had to go check the freezer to tell you whether they were wholegrain or not ). Maybe the wholegrain would be a little harsh on an empty belly but I eat it for lunch after a safe brekkie and morning tea so maybe that's why no effect on me. I think my main problem is anxiety and stress rather than diet to be honest though. Sorry I'm not much help on this one I guess. My opinion would be the wholegrain one would probably be better for C but maybe you need to buffer it first with SF?
