It's helped me tremendously, and I walk about 40-45 minutes during the work week, but on weekends when I have all the time, I usually go for 1.5 hr-2 hr walks. I love walking, it's become my daily habit. Do you do other forms of exercise? I don't take any SFS. Just watch my diet, exercise, and drink water. I really hope you feel better.
