Im going to be visiting the UK next month and want to know what soluble fiber supplements are sold there. I ordered the Acacia from heather but it doesnt seem to work well for me. None of the products that are mentioned on this site are available where i live (Israel).I took Celevac (methylcellulose) from the UK which was quite good but it has some additives such as lactose which are probably not desirable. So if there are any Brits out there that can advise me i would be very grateful. Getting quite desperate for relief.
Another question I have thats not related - has anyone heard whether magnets worn on the wrist (from copper I think) are beneficial to IBS patients? I know they are supposed to convey wellbeing and relief for many ailments such as diabetes and rheumatism.
