Tonight, the pain is unbearable since dinner. I think it was too fatty. Fat seems to be the worst for me. Just to clarify a few things so maybe you guys can help me make better decisions. I am IBS-D. I don't know what difference this makes but I have Addison's disease and take steroids for it. I can not tolerate any insoluble fiber at this point except cooked carrots, peas and bananas. I'm only taking one Fibercon a day, before dinner. My worst time of day is after dinner. I start each day with Rice Chex and Lactaid milk, usually have a fruit yogurt for lunch and then dinner. Sometimes I think I have something else, not IBS, but I guess lots of people think that at first. Any other suggestions would be truly appreciated and thanks so much for listening and caring...
