How do you explain to other people I'm sorry I have to go home my gas pains are so bad I feel like I have a knife in my tummy. The pains only happen when I am unable to release the built up gas due to social situations. I try letting it all out in the bathroom but my stomach only wants to release gas when I'm in public! Ugh! I'm back on peppermint tea on a regular basis and try to avoid much eating in certain situations. The fennel is not my favorite flavor but I feel like I need to brew some up. I'm glad to know at least I'm not the only one out there with my bum in the air praying for some relief! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
