UTIs are the most painful horrible thing in the world!!! Drinking water and cranberry juice are good, you can also take cranberry as an herbal extract like in a tablet form. I would try going to a HFS and asking about a homeopathic remedy, those can help. I would avoid the antibiotics unless it doesn't go away in a few days.
