Buy some soy or rice cheese slices for those boring turkey sandwiches... Stoneyfield Farms O'Soy yogurt is delicious (buy the 6 pack of strawberry and peach)... Boca burgers or boca ground beef for tacos (on a flour tortilla with some homemade salsa) Thai Kitchen Instant noodle soup...you can find them in health food stores...the garlic and veg., spring onion and lemongrass and chilli are safe...
