A couple of years ago I was at my daughter's house making punkin pie. OOOOPS, not enough half&half ! Didn't want to go to the store. So I snitched her non-dairy butter-pecan flavor non-dairy creamer. Holy COW what a wonderful pie that made. Been using it ever since. I tried the caramel flavor once too, and the hazelnut, but like the butter-pecan best. It's so sweet that I cut the sugar in the pie to almost nothing and the pie's still plenty sweet -- and the texture is VELVETY.
