I really want to start doing yoga but I am too nervous to go to a class on my own and my friends and family are far too busy,lazy or disorganized to come with me. Does anyone do yoga at home? I mean completely at home, teach it yourself, from the beginning? I don`t know if a) I`d be motivated enough (I joined a gym and have hardly used it) or b) if i would know if I was doing it correctly.
Also does anyone meditate at home (again I mean they have taught themselves)
