fiber       01/19/19 10:05 AM Edit Reply Quote pboomik Reged: 01/13/19 Posts: 2 Hello! I have a question about the use of fiber. I read that it will help constipation and diarrhea. I have IBS-D and have tried the fiber recommendations, increasing at the levels suggested. It only seemed to increase my frequency and volume. It was not actual diarrhea, I guess, but I am not sure it helped all that much. Suggestions? I still have some of the product left and would like to know how to proceed.
