Smart cultures eat cultured/fermented with probios foods for good health ongoingly;If you have been diagnosed with a digestive disorder..yeah especially take probios..till you're out of this world..I definately would. Build up probios slooowly for sure, utilizing the acacia fiber with them until improvement. Then, I read going down to 10 billion is a maintenance dose.

Benadryl relaxes some spasming, but tiring and drying..Dizzy from presc. meds., yet still spasming.Taking less probios and more enzymes. No gluten. Weight steady. Less migraines and heartburn with double ginger bags and feverfew standardized, sometimes Imitrex. Body aches. Taking (non-frementing) methylcellulose caplets instead of having done acacia. Drinking 10C/day water constantly keeps away most trapped gas. Couldn't get disability.
