Many products are marked with kosher symbols. If it has dairy in it, it will either have the Kosher symbol which could be a "K" or a "U" in a circle or someother symbols and then will list "Diary" "paerve" or neither. "Paerve" means no meat or mils so you know all those products have no dairy. It is on many, many products.
