it justs lists rice, period, on the list and doesn't distinguish between brown and white so I am a little confused as to which it is referring to. Sorry about all this.
And I have read several posts on people who have reported that the white foods have caused them C. So, I just wanted to get some feedback from the C folks in order to educate myself better.
As you know from my previous posts, I am having a lot of difficulties getting throught this C and I am only trying to figure this whole thing out by wracking my brain with any possible thing I may be doing wrong or that I could try differently.
I know you are all frustrated, but this IBS is frustrating to figure out, see please bare with me. I'm sorry. I'm trying my best!
