Started to realize I had IBS during the planning of the wedding-working 3 jobs, moving, etc... stress! So, lovely doctors said to just increase fiber(not telling me which kind) and so until this site I didn't know how to eat right for ibs. Anyway- since knowing trigger foods/helpful foods I've been a lot more in control.
