First found this site a few years ago when my Dr was trying to help me figure out what was making me sick all the time. Was diagnosed w/ celiac disease in 2006, been dealing with that. Now, feeling confident w/ the gluten free diet, I realized I wasn't feeling as good as I should. Getting off dairy helped. GI told me to try this diet again, so here goes
