I stay chronically constipated. Now trying this and so far, so good.I have a neck injury that goes back to 1996 which doesn't allow me to be very active at all. I't took the doctors a year to diagnose me. I really think I have finally found the right answer here. I just started this last Saturday so I haven't had a BM in over a week. What a thing to wish for?
